| Bob Dylan definitely did an Ipod commercial. At least its Kia and not Hummers or Nike or something more objectionable. |

I knew about that. I'm a fan of what Bob Dylan was. Against Me! is heading down that path.
And atleast Bob Dylan's Christmas CD wasn't for actual profit and for Feeding America. We all know a career is going down th drain when some puts out a Christmas CD haha |

| they're well down that path already. have been for quite some time. i have no problem with you liking what bob dylan was, or what against me! was. i feel the exact same way. my point is, the only person whom bob dylan's or tom gabel's personal politics matter to is bob dylan and tom gabel. just because you don't want him playing at a automobile-sponsered show doesn't mean he can't. what exactly is the difference between this and being on the VANS warped tour? _________________ I could build a sand castle without bringin' a pale, and go cat fish fishin' and come up with a whale. but-but you know what? that was easy as hell! well, maybe not the line about me catchin' a whale, but if i did it, then it's nothin', then I did it as well. probably easy as it is to move slow for a snail. |

| I went to this show. I thought it was fucking great and I really loved the new songs. I was afraid that against me wouldn't be the same without Warren and I would hate it but George Rebelo was great. It will be a different band, it truly will but I personally will welcome the change. Hot Water Music put out some great stuff. After the show George, the promoter, who happened to be friends with the band and moreover friends with George, and the dude who tests out the equipment before the show were all staying at the same Hotel I did and I got to sit with them and drink for a few hours or so. Apparently their main reasons for doing the Kia show was A; to get out of the studio because Butch Vig has been working the shit out of them, and B; the Phoenix promoter dude was a friend of theirs. I also got to hear some kick ass stories about warped tour, NOFX, Kevin Lyman, an tour bus breakdowns. All in all worth the 4 hour drive to and from... _________________ Always Exacerbating, never cleaning it up... | Mark Narra wrote: | | What you call prostitution, I call investment. |

| Well, you should have found me at the show and asked. I would have given you a ride where ever you needed to go as long as you had a couch I could have crashed on before the turn around back to so-cal. The hotel was like 160 bucks! My friend Brian and I were the jackasses outside the venue playing guitar and singing Against Me! songs for about an hour and a half after the show.. My roommate John says Tempe's a party city and we wanna go out there for a weekend soon... He went to college there for a while and he wants to go back and visit some friends. _________________ Always Exacerbating, never cleaning it up... | Mark Narra wrote: | | What you call prostitution, I call investment. |
