I wasn't living in the place at the time, I didn't move in for another two or three months, but a house I lived in had a housewarming party and like five days later, noticed their TV, a shitload of DVDs and a bunch of other things were missing.

Do you like Joss Whedon?

It varies, but currently the Triceratops is my favorite.

Do you know anyone who's famous? And if so, what are they famous for?

Sort of. I know, grew up and am friends with a lot of professional motocross racers. I've eaten pancakes with James "Bubba" Stewart (the black guy) and family in their motorhome. Been out to dinner with Travis Pastrana. The latter I've since resented for Travis being Travis which is being stupid and nearly killed and paralyzed a former good family friend in an unnecessary car accident.

How about you?

No. My life is a bleak, numbing void which dead souls aft pass through on their way to purgatory; I exist as a vacuous ghost searching for love in a time of dead hope. Naw, jus playin'. A few Northern Irish radio hosts, but no one special. My grandfather was the mayor of a small town. eh? eh?

How do you feel about the words "faggot", "gay", "retard", etc.?

I acknowledge they're mere generic insults to some people but you can't just uncouple a word from its basic meaning like that. It makes me cringe on the inside when people use them in a way that makes it seem like they're being totally oblivious to what they're actually saying.

Do you have a favorite poem?

No, I don't read a whole lot of poetry. I tried reading some Charles Bukowski poetry, and it all just made no sense to me.

I don't think they have any preferences regarding that. They might not read much and that'll just mean there's less in common with you and that's a turn-off. Well if they have little in common with you, then it's not meant to happen. Opposites don't attract (romantically).

Unless you're just trying to "tap that shiiiiiiiiit", then it's probably your "gaaaaaaaaame".

Did that answer anyone's question regarding anything?

7th grade math class with a racist black teacher. He said that the attack wasn't as important as algebra, and wouldn't turn on the tv.

Where were you for 9/11/01?

PostSubject: Re: ask the person below you...   Sat Oct 05, 2013 10:15 pm

I was in ninth grade. At the beginning of my second period sculpture class a girl walked in and said 2 planes hit the twin towers. I didn't know what she meant but my father worked on the 59th floor of the north tower so I got scared and took off out of class to find my sisters. We went home and watched what was happening on tv for fucking hours watching the planes hitting, then the buildings falling. Being replayed over and over to the point where it made me really mad because we didn't know if my dad was there or alive or dead or anything. No cellphones in New York were working at all. Eventually around 3 o clock my dad got to a working phone and explained how he was at the gym in the morning and had not got to work yet when the planes hit. He ended up walking about 15 miles before he could get a ride home. It was the worst day of all time but I remember it all with such vivid detail like no other moment in my life. Most of my dads co workers were able to get out of the building as it was hit first and fell second. It's crazy when you think about how much things have changed since 9/11, but also funny how some things seem the same. New York is still New York.
Well that was a long post!

What is your most vivid memory?

Glad your dad was ok!

I don't know if this is my most vivid memory, but I'm sure it's somewhere high up the list. When I was a volleyball player we had the national championship at the end of the season (late may), and that would go a little something like this: The country would be divided in sixteen different regions and the champions of those regions would play a play-off game against the champion of a neighbouring region. The remaining eight teams would go to the finals, all of them taking place on the same day at the same venue. First there would be group matches, followed by the semi-finals and then of course the final, and the games for third, fifth, and seventh place. This one year we were playing the finals in Almere, and as we were playing our match, another one was taking place on the pitch right next to ours, and one of the players there landed in such an awkward fashion that he broke his lower leg and both his tibia and fibula were sticking out.

Then there was this other time, during one of the first games I ever played, when some guy, he was wearing glasses, didn't close his block properly. The ball struck him right on the nose and he got his glasses jammed into his nose, breaking it in the process and bleeding all over the place.

What's the worst injury you've ever had, or witnessed?

I haven't had much for injuries. I fractured my wrist like a year and a half ago, drunkenly seeing how high I could go up a quarter pipe/wall on my skateboard. A friend of mine has seriously broken a bunch of his bones and shit, I've never been there fore it, but I've heard some stories.

What's the best thing you've ever eaten?

Stuffed chicken nuggets. Basically make a batter, slice up chicken into a bunch of nuggets. Slit a pocket in each one, and stuff with the tasty things. Fry in oil. You can make so many variations. Or pepper jack chicken pasta.
