Has anyone given this song a try? It's hard to make everything out from the Common Grounds recording.

theres a lehigh acres in FL that like most of America had a big housing boom at one point then it went bust. the line "easy money in the Sunshine State" makes me think it has something to do with the once robust housing market. but i really cant make out too many lyrics in either the full band or solo versions.

This is probably my favorite of the new songs I've heard...
But I can't understand what he's saying.

My dad just bought houses in Lehigh Acres with the intent to flip them quick. I don't know how he doesn't feel a little dirty.

Driving through Fort Myers today made me think of this song. It's all true. Houses are falling down.
