Wow! This song is amazing.

So, I think we all can agree this is about a singer/songwriter that has influenced Tom... any ideas who?

I think the two obvious choices I think are Lennon and Dylan, but I have no reasoning for that.

I love it so much. It's just so honest, and I can't even write how good it is. One of those things you know? It makes me so happy because I hear people tell me that wanting a job in the music industry will just make me disappointed when I realize music really isn't as beautiful as I think it is. But fuck those people, there are still bands that make amazing, honest music and it just makes me want to pursue my dreams even more.

And aww at your new icon. So cute.

This song is so incredible, I can't say it enough. You know when a song is so amazing that no matter how loud you turn it up, it's never loud enough? That's how the song makes me feel. I can't really tell who it's about, it could be anybody obviously. But it's incredibly honest and personal.

ok, forget trying to analyze this song, obviously none of know Tom's thoughts (I guess we could just email him and ask him, but I like this mystery).

However, imagine you wrote this song, who would it be about for you? ...and no saying Tom, that is too easy, obviously all of us think his work is amazing or we wouldn't be here.

For me it is Tim Armstrong, if this catches on I will write more about it
