Hey all! New here, I guess I realized how much of a fan I still am last night when I got into a fight with a friend who told me Against Me was 'Shit' and made me take 'Searching For A Former Clarity' out of his CD player. Fuck him, long live Against Me! cheers

naaa, no apologies necessary. the guy's got a signed picture of AM!, and pretty much worships 'The Casualties' who he claims is the best band on the planet. it doesnt help that he's a dumbass either that knows nothing about AM! but can assume that they're 'Shit'.

The guy's a dumbass, but my bestfriend and band mate is his room mate, so it is HIS cd player as well, and fuck that shit, i'll fight anybody that's gonna talk shit like that. I dont tell him he cant listen to 'Star Fucking Hipsters' when he comes over to my house.

the funny thing is, i used to argue with my ex girlfriend all the time cuz she hated Against Me and I always wanted to listen to em. Sometimes I just cant win! Mad

I used to be a 'street punk' and I listened to Punkcore Records bands all the time (The Casualties, The Virus, Action etc.) One day, I went to Emo's to see the Casualties and afterward my friends and I saw them on 6th street. They invited us to a party and we got breakfast in the morning. For the most part, they're way nice fellas. But, I can't stand their music anymore. I grew out of it.

Ya I used to love the casualties, they were fun to see live(I didn't hang out with them after though haha) but I don't think I'd go see them again if they came.

You know who I hate? The Exploited. I've never even heard one of their songs, but I just hate that back patch that people have of the skeleton with the mohawk. I fucking hate it. I hate the Exploited.

I just nabbed a first pressing of Let It Be and a first pressing hand stamped/1500 Stink for 10 bucks each.
