My brother brought up a good thought about Ghost Hunters though, why does it always seem that they say 'your house could very well be haunted.'

Also, is haunting induced damage covered under rental insurance?

i dont know about insurance.
but there is a funny story about something like that in my town. or near it at least.
this house was declared legally haunted in a court of law.
