Life from non-life, apart from Gods direct intervention, is a fairytale of course, but lets discuss this theory anyway. Also I just checked my peanut butter, no life in there.

Because that's what evolution is..evolution...last I checked...was just species forming from other species to be able to survive certain conditions. or:
" : a process of change in a certain direction : unfolding b : the action or an instance of forming and giving something off : emission c (1) : a process of continuous change from a lower, simpler, or worse to a higher, more complex, or better state : growth (2) : a process of gradual and relatively peaceful social, political, and economic advance d : something evolved
a : the historical development of a biological group (as a race or species) : phylogeny b : a theory that the various types of animals and plants have their origin in other preexisting types and that the distinguishable differences are due to modifications in successive generations"
Because peanut butter is a worse form of life? Or something?

I don't really know enough about evolution, myself, to judge it, but it seems more feasible than 'god made us out of nothing.'
Evolution is just simply adapting yourself to the enviroment.
Example:
You've been to Tanzania for two (?) years. This will probably mean that you can handle the climate they have there better than some of your friends who have never been to Tanzania or any other African country with a climate like they have in Tanzania. You evolved into becoming more adapted to their climate. Now, if you decide to go back to Tanzania with your wife and your descendents stay there for generations to come, they will be completely different from the Dustin you are today. Over the years, your descendents will adapt themselves more and more to everything that goes on in Tanzania and will freak out whenever they return to Canada and see snow.

That much I understood, but I'm sure it does get much more complex than that.

People say Evolution doesn't exist, but humans are even proof that it does. People who live further away from the equator in the cold tend to have more pale skin and longer noses to warm the air you breathe, while people who live closer to the equator tend to have darker skin and short noses. Little things like that are just evolving to your surrondings.

My favourite argument is the banana one. It's something about how a banana is perfectly shaped to fit human hands. The counter argument is that a penis is shaped so that it perfectly fits in a man's anus, thus proving God wants us to be gay.
Creationists hate that counter-argument.
